Which Antigua tour is best for a cruise day?

Anything that picks up at Heritage Quay and states a guaranteed return. The half-day historical tour, the trolley-train city loop and Stingray City are all built around ship schedules; operators here take that seriously and advertise it prominently.

Are hotel pickups included?

Usually yes on the mainland, and the tour page lists which hotels. If you are staying at the far east or south of the island, check before booking — a few operators exclude the most distant resorts or run a shortened itinerary for them.

What happens if the weather is bad?
